1 lb bag frozen oriental vegetables
1/2 cup water
2 Tbsp gluten-free soy (or tamari) sauce
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1/2 Tbsp ginger minced (or 1/2 tsp ground ginger)
- Mix gravy in a small bowl and set aside
- Cook vegetables in skillet with a little water until tender crisp.
- Pour gravy mixture over vegetables and bring to a boil. Cook one minute to thicken sauce.
- Sprinkle nuts on top.
Serve with 4 cups cooked rice or rice noodles.
