Vegetable Stir Fry


1 lb bag frozen oriental vegetables
chopped nuts

1/2 cup water
2 Tbsp gluten-free soy (or tamari) sauce
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1/2 Tbsp ginger minced (or 1/2 tsp ground ginger)


  1. Mix gravy in a small bowl and set aside
  2. Cook vegetables in skillet with a little water until tender crisp.
  3. Pour gravy mixture over vegetables and bring to a boil. Cook one minute to thicken sauce.
  4. Sprinkle nuts on top.

Serve with 4 cups cooked rice or rice noodles.
