Scrambled Egg with Rice


¼ cup onion
6 eggs
¼ cup margarine
2/3 cup cooked rice
½ cup milk
1 cup cheese


Sauté the onion in the margarine until slightly transparent or done to your taste
Beat eggs and milk until foamy
Add Cheese, rice, and salt and pepper to egg mixture.
Pour over onions and cook until eggs are cooked thoroughly.
