Quick Cherry Cobbler


1 pkg gluten-free cake mix – can be yellow or cinnamon coffee cake
2 cans cherry pie filling
1 sticks butter, melted cinnamon


  1. Spread cherries over bottom of 9×13 baking pan.
  2. Spread DRY cake mix over cherries.
  3. Pour melted butter over cake mix. Sprinkle with cinnamon (as much as you’d like).
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours. Top will brown and like firm.

Can top with ice cream or whipping cream.
