1 pkg gluten-free cake mix – can be yellow or cinnamon coffee cake
2 cans cherry pie filling
1 sticks butter, melted cinnamon
- Spread cherries over bottom of 9×13 baking pan.
- Spread DRY cake mix over cherries.
- Pour melted butter over cake mix. Sprinkle with cinnamon (as much as you’d like).
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours. Top will brown and like firm.
Can top with ice cream or whipping cream.
