Marshmallow Rice Crispy Treat

Ingredients

1/4 cup margarine
5 cups mini marshmallows
6 cups gluten-free crispy rice cereal*

Instructions

  1. Microwave margarine and marshmallow in a large bowl for one minute. Stir. Microwave for 30 seconds more.
  2. Stir in cereal quickly.
  3. Press mixture into greased 9×13 inch pan.

Cut into 2-inch squares when cool. Makes 24 squares.

*I like Kinnikinnick or Erewhon brand rice crispy cereal
