1/2 cup butter
2 1/4 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup peanut butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Stir in brown sugar and milk. Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and peanut butter.
- Put powdered sugar in mixing bowl, pour in peanut butter mixture and beat until smooth.
- Pour into 8×8 inch glass dish. Chill until firm and cut into bite-sized pieces.
