Chocolate Chip Cookies


1 cup (2 cubes) real butter (room temp)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 cups gluten free flour
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 package chocolate chips


I’ve only been gluten free for a month and have been dying for good cookies; my mom-in-law’s recipe adapted for GF fills my cravings.

  1. Cream butter and sugar. Add egg (whip egg and above ingredients until very fluffy).
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix it up!
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 7-10 minutes depending on how well done you like them!

Makes 3 dozen medium sized cookies. ENJOY!
