1 cup (2 cubes) real butter (room temp)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 cups gluten free flour
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 package chocolate chips
I’ve only been gluten free for a month and have been dying for good cookies; my mom-in-law’s recipe adapted for GF fills my cravings.
- Cream butter and sugar. Add egg (whip egg and above ingredients until very fluffy).
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix it up!
- Bake at 350 degrees for 7-10 minutes depending on how well done you like them!
Makes 3 dozen medium sized cookies. ENJOY!
