1 pound chicken breast, cubed
2 Tbsp milk
1 cup gluten-free flour blend
2 tsp gluten-free seasoned salt
- Beat egg and milk in medium sized bowl. Mix flour mix with season salt in a second bowl.
- Dip chicken tenders in egg bowl, and then toss in a second bowl with seasoned flour mix.
- Fry in skillet with 1/2 – 1 inch oil. Turn to cook on all sides.
