Biscuits and Gravy


1 pound ground pork sausage
1/3 cup sweet rice flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
4 cups gluten-free buttermilk biscuits


  1. Brown sausage in a large skillet. Drain off grease.
  2. Stir in flour till sausage is well coated.
  3. Stir in milk, salt and pepper.
  4. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Serve over biscuits.
