1 lbs. gluten-free HOT sausage
2 cans gluten-free chicken broth
2 cups white rice
2 cups mozzerella cheese
onion powder, salt & pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 425*
Put rice on bottom of pan, and then add the sausage. Then add the chicken broth. Then put foil on the pan.
Put in oven about 35 to 40 mins, and then put the cheese on top and put back in oven uncovered for 5-7 min.
Let cool 10 min. Serve & enjoy.
Note: You can put any cheese of your choice. And if you want the cheese a little brown broil for about 5 min or to your liking... hope you enjoy
