GIG is re-launching TAGS (Teen Advocates with Gluten Sensitivity) and we need your help!
Design a tabletop educational display for use at health fairs in schools, businesses, community events, etc.
Theme: "Just Like You --- and Gluten Free Too!"
Deadline: May 1, 2012 to receive displays
Chance to win up to $ 250 for the grand prize
The winning displays will be reproduced for use at health and educational events for teens and others for spreading education and awareness.
Three winners will be announced on May 15, 2012.

Chef to Plate Invitation for Campaign Leaders
The Chef to Plate Gluten-Free Awareness Campaign is starting now for May 2012.
Do you know of any restaurants near you that have a gluten-free menu or a clear understanding of how to serve gluten-free foods? Would you be willing to approach these restaurants and ask them to join the campaign?
This campaign is free for the restaurants. All we are asking them to do is to post the campaign materials, posters and table tents, in their establishments for the month of May. We will send them the materials in April.
If this sounds like something that you would like to be involved with, please join us as aCampaign Leader. We will send you samples of last year’s materials to show restaurant managers, sample presentations, and a list of Frequently Asked Questions.
We had over 900 restaurants involved last year. We would like to reach over 1,000 restaurants this year. Please help us spread word of this campaign to more restaurants, so that we can spread awareness of gluten intolerance and celiac disease to more people than ever!
