We will begin with a refreshing spring buffet with gluten free and vegan cupcakes as dessert from highly acclaimed Dia Doce Bakery. Dia Doce Bakery is located outside of Philadelphia and will have a vendor table available prior to the luncheon for purchases.

Dr. Thomas O’Bryan
We are delighted to have Dr. Thomas O’Bryan as our keynote speaker. Dr. O’Bryan is an excellent speaker – so hold onto your seats, because you’re in for an Investigative Adventure. You can learn more about Dr. O’Bryan on his website (www.thedr.com).
Dr. O'Bryan is an internationally recognized speaker specializing in Gluten Sensitivity and Celiac Disease. He is the Sherlock Holmes for chronic disease and metabolic disorders. He is a clinician par excellence in treating chronic disease and metabolic disorders from a Functional Medicine Perspective. He holds teaching Faculty positions with the Institute for Functional Medicine, the Institute for Integrative Medicine and the National University of Life Sciences. Dr. O’Bryan is always one of the most respected, highly-appreciated speakers. Dr. O'Bryan's passion is in teaching the many manifestations of Gluten Sensitivity and Celiac Disease as they occur inside and outside of the intestines.
Dr. O’Bryan resides in California and is rarely in our area so plan now to take advantage of his visit.

This class is specifically designed for those newly diagnosed with celiac disease, wheat allergy, or gluten intolerance and for those just looking for updated educational information. This program shares current information in a small group format for those learning how to adhere to a gluten free and wheat free diet. We will have available an educational packet used during the class for a fee of $5.00 ($4.00 for members). Gluten free refreshments and a take-home shopping bag with gluten free samples and literature will be provided for free. Pre-registration is highly recommended to assure proper set up and sufficient handouts.
