GLUTEN INTOLERANCE 101 CLASS

This class is specifically designed for those newly diagnosed with celiac disease, wheat allergy, or non celiac-gluten intolerance and for those just looking for updated educational information. During the class, the Gluten Intolerance Group of North America’s latest educational information about gluten intolerance and adhering to the gluten free diet will be shared in a small group format. The Branch Manager, Linda Weller, and dietitian, Macy Reall, will facilitate the program. Gluten free refreshments and a take-home shopping bag with gluten free samples and literature will be provided for free. Pre-registration is highly recommended to assure proper set up and sufficient handouts. A $2 cover charge will be accepted at the door.
