How to register
- Full payment must accompany the registration. Read the registration form carefully before completing. Register before May 13th for a discount, or after May 13th for the regular conference price. Members of GIG national receive a special discount. Registrations after May 13th will be accepted on a space-available basis.

Registrations at the door are accepted on a space-available basis and include an additional $75 fee.

ADA Compliance: If you require special assistance or services, please notify GIG at least four weeks in advance of the conference.

Cancellation Policy - Cancellations received by GIG prior to May 15th will be refunded in full, less a $50 administration fee per registrant. Refunds requested between May 15th and May 31st are refunded at 30 percent minus $50 administration fee. No refunds will be granted after May 31st. Refunds will be made in the same manner as the original payment after the conference.The planning committee reserves the right to modify the agenda or cancel this conference in unforeseen circumstances, by May 15, 2008. You will receive a full refund if conference is cancelled.

2010 Conference registration fee is one of the lowest fees per day for this caliber of conference! GIG conference fees have not increased for 3 years. Attend the conference at a reduced cost by registering early. Register before May 13, 2010, and pay just $225 (Based on early rates for GIG members). Standard registration fees apply after May 13th. On-site registration is based on space availability and is not guaranteed.

Conference Scholarships - A special Scholarship Fund for conference registration fees only, will be available for GIG members. These awards are limited to contributions received. They are based on financial need, and priority is given to those who have not attended an annual Education Conference. If you would like to apply for a scholarship, please attach a note to your completed registration form, telling GIG why you want to attend and what kind of assistance would make it possible. All applications are due May 1, 2010 and will be awarded by May 15, 2010. Scholarships are for conference registration only. Scholarships cannot be provided for travel or lodging.
