"I received your wonderful quarterly magazine today. I'm impressed! My daughter, Denise Todd, and I make the trip to Dallas monthly to attend the Lone Star meetings. We've learned very much. She has been celiac for 24 years, while I was diagnosed last year. There are three others in our small town who are celiac. I am encouraging them to join GIG, and I brought enrollment forms for them. Thanks and keep up your good work."

Amber Designation not Safe

GIG has been informed that Domino’s Pizza was given an Amber Designation by the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness (NFCA). GIG would like to see this designation removed. Please read open letter written by Cynthia Kupper, Executive Director of GIG, to Alice Bast, Executive Director, NFCA. If you agree with our stand and would like to help, please sign your name to the petition listed here: Ditch the Amber Petition and help us let the NFCA know that we all stand behind the petition!
